Privacy Policy for Tomato Project EU

The Tomato Project EU mobile application (“Application”) was developed by iShowroom s.r.o. (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) as an educational and interactive application intended primarily for children, families, schools, museums, and educational institutions.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when the Application is used.

The Application includes educational content, Augmented Reality features, ARUCO marker scanning, interactive characters, localized subtitles, multiple languages, collectible content, and child-friendly mini-games.


Child-Friendly Application

iShowroom s.r.o. does not necessarily own all names, characters, museum materials, illustrations, audio recordings, educational texts, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other content displayed within the Application.

Such materials may belong to the Tomato Project EU, participating museums, project partners, creators, licensors, or other respective rights holders.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers ownership of third-party project content or intellectual property to iShowroom s.r.o.
