iShowroom s.r.o. does not necessarily own the DEUS brand, displayed NFTs, digital collectibles, artwork, trademarks, token metadata, or other third-party materials available through the Application.
NFTs, artwork, brand names, product names, trademarks, metadata, and other digital materials belong to their respective owners, creators, licensors, or rights holders.
Displaying an NFT or related digital content within the Application does not transfer intellectual property ownership or usage rights to the user, iShowroom s.r.o., or any other party.
Ownership of a blockchain token does not necessarily include copyright, trademark, reproduction, or commercial usage rights relating to the associated artwork or content.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, NFT-related functionality, third-party services, legal requirements, or our information-handling practices.
